Have you altered its litter box? Now and again it could be because it has a urniary tract infection or if you have introduced a new pet into your home that could be the problem also, but you need to do something because that is a smell that is close to impossible to get out of your house.

1.) is the cat “fixed”?
2.) do you clean the litter box every day?
3.) is he/she straining ( standing there looking dazed for longer than usual, trying to pee)?
4.) is there a new cat in the house

cats are very terriotorial so if they feel threatened or have something/someone in their place, they will spray

Just check and make sure she doesn thave a bladder infection. Thats the main cause of them not by the litter box, because they associate the box with the pain when they pee.
Excellent luck!!!

what ever it is it isnt excellent not only for the obvious cats are very clean and territorial animal. Usually it means they are sick or maybe if you have a new date sleeping over they do get jealous especially males
